What is a Barista Course and what are in Barista Courses?
Answer:
I’d like to take a little time to introduce you to my barista course and give you a bit of insight into barista courses
Ok, let start at the top then with what you are going learn on my barista course. Other Barista Courses will vary and may not be of the same high quality so be careful when choosing your barista training.
Well to bring you up to speed I’m gonna let you know a few interesting facts about coffee and the coffee industry. From history to production and preparation as well as a few random things you may not have known.
After that you’re gonna head straight into the learning. Starting with the tools and equipment you be using. I’ll show you around machinery so you know exactly what’s what - a very important part to the barista course.
Once you’re comfortable with everything so far on the barista course we are going to jump into calibrating your grinder to produce a top quality espresso every time. We will go through everything from weights to measures so you can get it just right. But beware this isn’t a quick process because the better you set up your machinery, the better your espresso. So every little tweak counts.
Now you’re happy with your coffee grinds, and you’re comfortable around the machinery, you are gonna delve deep into the art of pouring the perfect espresso. This is a relatively easy process as long as you take your time and get the preparation just right. Again, the more time and concentration you put in at this stage, the better your espresso will be. You already know how to identify the quality of an espresso from my free ebook, so you can use this knowledge to help you perfect yours.
Once you are confident enough with your extraction skills, you can move onto milk preparation. So you’ll get to learn the art of steaming to produce each and every variation of milk you’ll ever need. This will help you to build the coffee drinks you are going to learn afterwards.
Then, you’re gonna put all of this together and we’re gonna start working our way through the barista drinks you’re going to need to remember. From Cortado to Cappuccino.
When you’re at ease with everything upto this stage, you can start to look at why presentation is paramount when you’re a barista. The attention to detail makes one barista look good, and another look great.
I’m also gonna let you in on some great tips and best practices, these’ll save you some time and mistakes along the way.
We’ll go through why consistency plays a big factor in your life as a barista. Because if you’re gonna do it good, you need to do it good every time. We wanna get you hitting that target time after time.
Ok, so you’re probably wondering why you should choose my training. Right?
Well. I’m guessing you wanna earn more money, right? Sure, who doesn’t? So, lets boost your employability by getting something really special on your resume.
If you already have a job, then the new skills you’ve learned could help you enjoy every work day. There is no reason for every day to be the same, and the great thing about being a barista is, there is always something new and cool to learn.
But… If you already own a café, then trained baristas are gonna help improve sales right? I know mine sure do.
“How does that work” you’re probably wondering. Well, it give you and your staff new skills, and the more skills they have the broader their abilities are.
If you’re trying to work your way up the ladder in that café, then being better at your job is going to help right? And the easiest way to be better at your job is to learn more and improve on what you know.
But, if you’re not yet on the ladder, then a sure fire way to get noticed is to have something worth shouting about. So, when it comes to interview day and you already know how to pour the perfect espresso, who do you think is gonna get the job?
How about a few more?
Well, there is nothing better than learning something new. You get that great feeling inside when you do something different, and it doesn’t matter is if its big or small, you still get that great sense of achievement.
It might be that you don’t want to work for someone else for ever, I know I didn’t, so the extra knowledge is perfect for when you start to think about your future in the coffee industry and where you wanna be in a few years time.
And if you ARE that coffee shop owner I’ve been talking about… Well your newly trained staff are getting a great reputation around town. The customers love your shop, they’re happy with your product and they come back regularly.
Oh. Plus, once you get really good. You’ll have the ability to pass on everything you’ve learned, just like I am today.
Sounds good so far right? So you wanna know whats in the course, and im glad you asked.
Well, the course is split into 4 main parts, 4 great things that set up a nice little package.
The first 2 things work hand in hand. I’m talking about the instruction manual stroke personal workbook (something that you’re not going to want to put down) and a bunch of helpful videos that talk you through the key parts you’re going to want to get right. You can watch each video a million time over if you like.
In addition, you’ll have a heap of handy quick reference recipe cards. So you’ll always know how to prepare each drink. You can print these off and keep them near your coffee machine like I do.
But the real life saver, you get unlimited email access to me. So if you get stuck today, tomorrow or a year down the line, I’ll be at hand anytime to help. I always check and reply to every email, not matter how big or small. That’s what I’m here for!
Okay, so now you know about the course, you wanna know how to get started.
Well that’s the easiest question so far. There are two things you can do after reading this article, firstly you can click this link Barista Training, which will take you to the home back where you can click the happy orange “add to cart” button & get training today. Or you can pop your details in the red form on the right and I’ll send you a little more info starting with a free Ebook.
When you do buy the course, you’ll notice it comes with a 60 day money back gaurentee if you’re not 100% satisfied.
I must say at this stage, the course may not be for everyone. So if you think clicking a button is going to turn you into an amazingly skilled barista over night or let you in on some hidden secrets coveted by barista throughout history, then you probably shouldn’t click anything at all.
But having said that, I think may wanna hurry up.
Because the clock is ticking, and my course is on offer right now. So you might wanna grab that bargain fast!
Also, unfortunately my course won’t be around for ever, and I’m going to have to shut the doors and stop accepting students.
Lastly, if that’s not enough, I’ve gotta be honest and say… If you don’t take the step today, you’re competitor will. It might be the guy sitting next to you on interview day or the lady who owns the coffee shop down the street. You’ve gotta make the moves to reach the top.
So, I’ll see you soon and good luck!
